We're going to take a look at the updated standings in a minute but first, let's take some time to celebrate those in our crew that hit a milestone this week while we ice our hands and forearms... In CrossFit, there is no bigger hurdle to clear than getting the first muscle up - be it on the bar or the rings. And we had people clearing hurdles right and left on Friday night! So we want to give a super huge shoutout first to Doug Phillips, who ripped off 10 snatches and then GRINDED for about 5 minutes before nailing that first MU! Second, big ups to the great Zac Rosenbaum for hitting that first MU and then some! I love the little bound off the bar before he hustles back to the snatches! Lastly, the great Becky Miller. This video is awesome and hilarious because Becky starts laughing and is almost embarrassed at the attention even though everyone is super-hyped for her!
