We only accept 10 new members per month in to the 90 Day Journey program. This program is designed for anyone looking to lose fat and are totally committed to being successful. Many want to lose weight, have more energy, and generally feel awesome, but they aren’t able to stick with the restrictive or poorly designed programs they tried in the past. Or maybe they tried working out on their own, but were never quite sure what to do. In many cases, they’d get injured before seeing the results they were working for. So, we are taking all of those reasons off of the table! If you’re ready to drop fat, get lean and build muscle, this program is for you!

At CrossFit Renew, we are committed to your health! We realize that this program isn’t for everyone and we can’t allow just anyone to get in so you must be accepted into the program first!

We are looking for participants who are serious about nutrition and cooking, willing to read daily educational emails, and committed to attending our group training classes. In short… they need to be willing to work their butts off! Remember, there are no shortcuts here. Just smart training and nutrition executed consistently with the support of a staff that wants you to succeed!
