We only accept 10 new members per month in to the 90 Day Journey program. This program is designed for anyone looking to lose fat and are totally committed to being successful. We are looking for participants who are serious about nutrition and cooking, willing to read daily educational emails, and committed to attending our group training classes. In short… they need to be willing to work their butts off! Remember, there are no shortcuts here. Just smart training and nutrition executed consistently with the support of a staff that wants you to succeed!
