What are community workouts?

Every Saturday at 9am, we host a free workout that’s open to anyone and everyone — no prior experience needed!

Do you offer any discounts?

While we do not offer any discounts on our recurring membership agreements, we do offer a discounted weekly/multi-day drop-in rate. Plus, we’re super proud to say that we strive to provide a quality experience and program to our members, and that includes our competitive pricing.

I’d like to drop in. Do I need prior CrossFit experience?

Sure do. If you’re visiting from out of town and you’re looking for a place to call your gym home for a few days, you must have prior experience at another CrossFit gym in order to join us. Your safety is our tip top priority, so unless you’ve AMRAP’d an EMOM for time before — we’ll have to point you in another gym direction. All approved drop-ins must sign a waiver through our Wodify web portal.

Is Foundations really necessary?

100%. Everyone new to CrossFit must go through Foundations in order to become a regular member with us. This is for your safety, people. But if you’ve gone through a similar ringer at another gym, and want to come over and join our family, you do not need to re-take the Foundations course.
