The 2023 CrossFit Open

Join us under the Friday Night Lights!

The 2023 Open season kicks off February 16th and runs for three weeks (ending March 6th). Every year, Renew hosts Friday Night Lights; a place where we can all come together to cheer our peers, challenge ourselves, and meet milestones! There are PRs and Gold Stars everywhere -- don't miss the excitement!

*Registration is a two-part process if you want to participate in CrossFit HQ’s global leaderboard. You must register with us at the link above if you want to join in the Friday fun and snag a shirt.

What you
need
to know

  • Friday(s), February 17th, February 24th, & March 3rd
  • Heats start as early as 3:30pm and go until about 8pm
  • $39 to participate in our in-house festivities plus secure a shirt
    $20 to register with games.crossfit.com

  • This is a two-part registration process if you want to compete both with us AND be a part of Crossfit HQ's global leaderboard. Registering at games.crossfit.com is not a requirement to participate with us.
