Justin owns the gym and is a really big fan of Crossfit! He has been doing CrossFit since 2012. He is married to Tara and has two beautiful daughters. He enjoys barbells and bourbon – in that order.
Becky has been doing CrossFit for 4 years and coaching at Renew for over 2 years. Outside of the gym, Becky works in child welfare as a Family Coach with adoptive families.
McKenzie has been doing CrossFit officially since 2016, but unofficially with friends since 2013. CrossFit is a fairly individual sport, but I love the team aspect, community and camaraderie of it all!
Brett has been coaching with Renew for 3 years now. He has a beautiful daughter and if you ever want to talk Oklahoma State sports (Go Pokes!) or OKC Thunder basketball, Brett’s your man!
He has been coaching since 2012, and wouldn’t trade it for the world. No seriously, not for anything. He is married and is a new father and can often be caught talking to Chris Allman about the West Wing.
Sadie, who's been coaching at Renew since 2016, is a former collegiate athlete with a penchant for power lifts. Should you find yourself signed up for one of her classes, expect an eclectic playlist and a healthy dose of sarcasm.
