You feel like you don't know what you are doing at the gym and it's frustrating.
You are worried about getting injured or re-aggravating previous injuries

Brett has been coaching with Renew for 3 years now. He is married and has even pulled his wife into this whole CrossFit thing. They have a beautiful daughter and if you ever want to talk Oklahoma State sports (Go Pokes!) or OKC Thunder basketball, Brett’s your man!
McKenzie has been doing CrossFit officially since 2016, but unofficially with friends since 2013. I was a competitive gymnast for 8 years and a swimmer for 3. Similarly, CrossFit is a fairly individual sport, but I love the team aspect, community and camaraderie of it all!
He has been coaching since 2012, and wouldn’t trade it for the world. No seriously, not for anything. He is married and is a new father and can often be caught talking to Chris Allman about the West Wing.
Sadie, who's been coaching CrossFit at Renew since 2016, is a former collegiate athlete with a penchant for power lifts. Should you find yourself signed up for one of her classes, expect an eclectic playlist and a healthy dose of sarcasm. Sadie also serves as Renew's resident Nutrition Coach, helping folks find fitness through food since Summer 2018. @ her with food Q's.
