𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦:
2 packages @heb power slaw
1 large bunch dino kale, ribs removed and chopped in thin strips
3 cups spiralized butternut squash (I got this prepped from @heb)
1/2 of a red onion, thinly sliced
𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨:
1/3ish cup mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste
— Throw your prepped base ingredients into a giant bowl.
— Whisk all ingredients of your dressing into a separate bowl; tasting and adjusting as desired.
— Toss the base with the dressing and slaw, queen.
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬:
— This will probably keep for three days.
— This ratio worked well to dress the veggies just enough to add flavor but not dredge them.
