1 egg
2 egg whites
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

ā Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until combined.
ā Turk skillet on low-medium heat, and coat with your preferred cooking fat. Once pan is sizzlin', place about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Flip when bubbles form or the edges start to turn golden brown.
