3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
2 egg whites
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰:
— Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until combined.
— Turk skillet on low-medium heat, and coat with your preferred cooking fat. Once pan is sizzlin', place about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Flip when bubbles form or the edges start to turn golden brown.
— Top with literally anything that sounds good: syrup, butter, nut butter, berries, bananas, honey, or even greek yogurt for more protein.
