𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥:
2 1/2 cups Quinoa (Cooked)
2 tsp Grape seed oil (can use other oil if you do not have grape seed oil)
1 cup Almond milk
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Honey
1 1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Baking powder
𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰:
— In a blender, mix milk, eggs, honey, quinoa and oil together.
— Once smooth, add salt and baking powder then blend for a few seconds.
— Preheat griddle and spray with cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup batter on the griddle.
— Sprinkle blueberries over the batter and cook.
— Once there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side. Pancakes are done when golden brown.
