1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Instant Oats
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Agave
3 oz Blueberries
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Egg Whites
1 large Egg
Dash of Cinnamon
2/3 cup Almond Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰:
— Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
— Separate egg whites. Whisk egg whites and full egg.
— Melt butter.
— Combine all ingredients and mix well.
— Fold in blueberries last.
— Portion into muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
