A: Favorite part is Sadie’s (formerly Russell’s… RIP) playlist, seeing Becky yell at us in class and of course DEADLIFTS. Least favorite part by a landslide is a weightlifting benchmark PLUS a metcon.Q: What have you learned about yourself since starting? A: How to work smarter, not harder. Just kidding... honestly I’ve learned how much I use functional fitness in my day to day life and that I can run longer than I believe!Q: What has your favorite Austin memory been since moving here?
