Kids, Fitness and Fun!

It’s already June, which means our first CrossFit Kids Summer camp is just around the corner! CrossFit Renew will be hosting a one week summer camp for kids 4-12 years old. Our goal is to learn a ton, have a blast and move a lot! Each day campers will learn a new skill, have time to practice with certified CrossFit Kids coach Jess Rhodes, play games, enjoy healthy snacks, participate in a WOD (workout of the day), and play some more!Campers will play games that include the foundational CrossFit movements, improve strength, coordination and team-work skills, in a safe environment. We’ll wrap up the week with a fun family workout, so campers can show their parents and friends the new skills they’ve learned!
